Terms of Service
By accessing or using CINTENT WealthOS(TM) ("CWOS"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Parties
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CINTENT Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("CINTENT", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the CINTENT WealthOS(TM) platform accessible at cwos.cognivantalabs.com and related domains.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use CWOS. By using CWOS you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
3. Account Registration
Access to most CWOS features requires a registered account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@cognivantalabs.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
CWOS is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available at cwos.cognivantalabs.com/#pricing. Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
5. Permitted Use
CWOS may be used only for lawful, personal, or internal business investment research and analysis purposes. Specifically permitted:
- Viewing, analyzing, and exporting data for personal investment research.
- Using AI-generated summaries as informational inputs into your own research process.
- Sharing screenshots or brief extracts (non-automated) for educational discussion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract CWOS data in bulk.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from CWOS.
- Use CWOS to provide investment advisory services to third parties without appropriate SEBI registration.
- Impersonate another user, CINTENT employee, or regulatory authority.
- Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized access to CWOS systems.
- Violate any applicable law, including SEBI regulations, FEMA, or the IT Act, 2000.
7. Intellectual Property
All CWOS software, UI designs, logos, documentation, AI models, and original content are the intellectual property of CINTENT or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CWOS for the purposes described in Section 5. No ownership rights are transferred by this license.
8. Third-Party Data
CWOS aggregates data from third-party providers. CINTENT is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data. Third-party data is subject to the respective provider's terms and may be modified or removed without notice. See our Data Source Disclosure.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CWOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind -- express, implied, or statutory. CINTENT specifically disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CINTENT's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of CWOS shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. CINTENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief from competent courts.
12. Modifications
CINTENT may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification with 14 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are designed to be consistent with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008
- The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (e-commerce provisions)
- SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 -- we are not registered thereunder
